Kipling Park- Moberly Rd TMD

Here is another version of the original Kipling Park layout called Moberly Road TMD delivered to Salisbury. For this track the customer wanted point motors on the scenic area, point levers ,yard lights along with with accurascale lit buffers and to be a complete all in 1 unit. This layout comes complete with a shipping container terminal and knightwing fuel storage tanks.

This layout was built as one piece scenic and fiddle yard and measured 8ft 7″ x 2ft 1″. Operation was by an NCE power cab (owner supplied) and point levers for a more authentic feel.

UPDATE – since I delivered this to the customer, he sent this clip of his Class 37 departing with two accurescale wagons, and commissioned me to build an extension to this layout.
