Tonbridge Depot – 14×7

We were commissioned to build this 14 x 7ft for a client in Tonbridge. Its a fictitious layout loosely based on a Hornby track plan supplied by client, though we lightly changed the track plan for better flow using peco flexi streamline track over Hornby set track.

The only brief was for a farm, cricket pitch, church on the hill, tunnel and split era. One half was to be 50/60’s and other half 60/70’s to enable authentic steam and diesel running. Everything else was left to us to design and build.

Point motors, ( Dapol, berko and train tech signals were extra] street, yard and building lighting throughout and DCC wired
